Activation or duplicate-payment issues
For delayed activation or suspected duplicate charges, provide the order and payment reference without card data. Settlement and provisioning are reviewed before financial action. Do not repay an unresolved order.
Requesting a refund
Refund requests are reviewed against service fulfilment, the confirmed offer and applicable obligations. Refund eligibility follows the service contract, fulfilment status and applicable statutory rights. The review outcome is sent to your verified contact details.
Account balance
Balance can be used for platform services or authorized customer transfers. Withdrawal is a support request subject to review, not an automatic cash payout. Do not include sensitive financial data in public notes.
