The primary free SIP account renews automatically at no charge with no time limit until customer cancellation, subject to administrative holds.

Paid subscriptions
The account and renewal summary show term, expiry and price. An additional account pack does not replace the primary free subscription. DID purchases remain separate subscriptions.
DID expiry
A DID is not immediately returned to sale upon expiry. A 30-day protection period applies, followed by possible release when the source confirms eligibility. Recovery after expiry depends on the number’s actual state.
Reminders and wallet
You control optional reminders. Delivery or absence of a reminder does not replace checking expiry dates. Wallet funds are not used for renewal without customer confirmation.
